JRU Consulting began in 1998 with one candidate successfully challenging a 15 year incumbent who was the sitting chairman of the Joint Finance Committee.  Today we work with over twenty active candidates and elected officials and have consulted in over 100 Delaware campaigns.  Our innovative approach and our hyper-local consulting strategy sets us apart from all of the others.
